Let’s practice trading – Crypto Trading in Kucoin

I had been watching Youtube VODs regarding trading, but I never really had much practical application yet. Though I have an account in COL Financial and I already bought some stocks, there’s nothing practical to trade since we are currently in the bear market.

So yesterday, Aug 5, I decided to practice trading on Crypto instead, since it’s trading 24/7 I don’t have to worry about my schedule and work. It’s also very active so it will give you the experience of the bull and bear market in a short span of time. I bought 500 USDC from Coins.ph and decided to trade on KuCoin. Initially, I am just planning to use 400 USDC but after seeing the very high transfer/gas fee, I decided to go for 500 USDC.

I bought 400 USDC for Php 20,100, and an additional 100 USDC for Php 5,026. This means I bought each USDC at an average cost of Php 50.255 per coin.

Transferring from Coins.PH to KuCoin

There’s no deposit fee on KuCoin but after transferring I only received 480.31551 USDC afterwards.

This means I’m already at ~3.94% lost even before I started trading ?.

First trades

For now, I want to try the platform’s chart and interface. I wouldn’t mind too much about gains. I will try to apply “buying-from-support-selling-on-resistance”. Here’s my trade history:

After 2 days, my remaining USDC is: 480.18825445 (0.0264977% loss).
